Multipoint or Mortise locks

Guide to installing Tedee GO on European profile locks, such as multipoint locks or mortise locks.

Step 1: Remove existing cylinder

In some cases, you must remove the door's plate or rosette before removing the cylinder.

Step 2: Measure existing cylinder

Measure the existing cylinder, from the key to the center hole, and from the center hole to the inner side.

Step 3: Assemble Gerda modular cylinder

Assemble the Gerda cylinder so that it has a similar measurement to the old cylinder.

Step 4: Install Gerda modular cylinder

Install the Gerda modular cylinder on the door.

Step 5: Attach Tedee Bar on cylinder

Tedee bar is a slim, flat metal component that modifies the shaft of Tedee cylinders. It can be easily attached, without any tools.

Step 6: Install Tedee GO and calibrate

After installing the Tedee bar on the Gerda modular cylinder, the next step is to position the Tedee GO on the cylinder with the bar adapter in place, and secure it using three screws.
